    Opposite La Finca, the attraction of Rancho Palco is really as a venue for large-scale events, especially with visiting business delegations. More interestingly, it is also used at the weekend for music concerts, which definitely give you an excuse to head out to the suburbs. You do need an excuse to come out here!

    The place itself is a sprawling collection of inside air-conditioned spaces and outdoor terraces all set under different thatched ranchóns with ample ceiling fans cooling the place down. As you may imagine, the food is unspectacular Creole style. Beef is the specialty, with fillets ranging in price from CUC 15 to CUC 35 with other standard dishes including fish, chicken and shrimp.
