Infanta entre Neptuno y Concordia
  • In 1923, members of the order of the Carmelites purchased a lot on the corner of Avenida del Presidente Menocal and Neptuno, where first they created a provisional chapel and later erected the majestic temple of El Carmen, one of the most interesting and beautiful contributions to the embellishment of the city. The tower of this church is topped by a 9 ton, 7.5-meter tall sculpture of Our Lady of Carmen.
